Payment
A deposit per person is required for each course at the time of booking (the amount will be specified on the publicised event information) Once the booking form and deposit have been received, your place will be confirmed. Full balance of payment must be received four weeks prior to the start of your chosen event. We recommend you take out travel insurance

Cancellation and Changes
If you have to cancel:
We reserve the right to make a cancellation charge to cover our losses. We will transfer your booking fee to the same event at the same location within one year of original event except apprenticeships.
Notice of cancellation should be made in writing (or e-mail) and the charge will be on the scale shown below and effective from the date we receive the notice. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover you for loss of cancellation fees.

Cancellation Charges
Prior to 30 days your deposit is entirely none refundable for any and all events or apprenticeships. No exception to this condition will be considered if you are not 100% certain of your attendance don’t book a place. We recommend you take out insurance if you have any reservations about your commitment or health.

30 days or less 100% of total fee, once you pay your final balance it is none refundable for any and all events or apprenticeships.

If we have to cancel:
We reserve the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances or if the numbers reached are insufficient to make it financially viable. If we do have to cancel we undertake to give you a minimum of 14 days notice and a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for your travel expenses in the event of cancellation.

Children
The courses are open to anyone over the age of 16, but if you need to bring young children to the event, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can discuss it. Whilst we are happy to accommodate children, we would ask that guardians take responsibility and keep disruption during the event to a minimum.

Special Requirements
If you have any type of special requirement or disabilities then please make us aware of it at the time of booking. This will allow us to consider how to accommodate your requirements and to discuss it with you if necessary. It may not be possible, due to time and resource constraints, to provide special requirements if we are not informed in advance. Due to the nature of our site we cannot accommodate wheelchair users at this time.

Insurance
We have basic public liability cover, but all course participants are asked to ensure their own personal safety at all times to ask if they feel they need any extra guidance or information. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover losses in case of cancellation or sickness as we cannot be held responsible for event or decisions beyond our control.

Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse admission to our event if, on arrival, participants appears to be inappropriate. We also reserve the right to ask any visitor to leave if their behavior is disruptive to the function of the event and the community or interferes with the rights or comfort of others including the hosts.

Complaints and Feedback
If you have a problem during the event, please tell us at the time and give us the opportunity to rectify the situation if necessary. We welcome all kinds of feedback – obviously we like to hear when we have done well and, equally, we like to hear where we can improve.

Photos and Film
We reserve the right to take photos and film during our courses and use them for future promotions and publications. By booking on to our events you agree we are able to use any and all images and film for publicity and publication without reservation or further permission.

Data Protection Act
We keep your contact details on our database which we will use to inform you periodically of future courses and events. We undertake never to pass this information on to any person or organization other than those directly responsible for your event arrangements.
You are entitled to a copy of the information held by us and if you would like to see this, or have your contact details removed, please contact us.

The Small Print
All information included in any of our publicity and correspondence is correct at time of going to print, and is subject to change. Whilst every effort is made to provide the events as publicized, we do not accept liability for changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or for loss or damage to participant’s personal property.
