Le Bois De Grammont (The Wood of Grammont)
has been home to Steve & Fiona Hanson since July 2004 a life’s dream for them; here they will share their journey towards Self-Reliance, through the use of Permaculture Design. Working towards a natural self-sustaining system which sustains them.

growing and producing all their own food and raising all their own animals.

Fiona & Steve make their own Dairy produce, Bread, Sausage, bacon, and collect their own eggs. They butcher their own meat and preserve their entire surplus for later use or sale, learn the joys of a simpler life.
You Work that you may keep pace with the earth and the soul of the earth. For to be idle is to become a stranger unto the seasons, and to step out of life’s procession; Always you have been told that work is a curse and labour a misfortune, but I say to you that when you work you fulfil a part of earth’s furthest dream, assigned to you when that dream was born.
And keeping yourself with labour you are in truth loving life.
